Terms of Service

By accessing or using CrowVault (the "Service"), operated by TechSynergy Corp. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and API consumers.

CrowVault provides 325 AI-powered developer tools accessible via REST API, batch API, and MCP protocol. The Service generates production-ready code including database schemas, API endpoints, infrastructure configurations, test suites, and security policies.

Output is AI-augmented using third-party models (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) and is provided as-is for developer use.

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register
• You must verify your email address via OTP before accessing the API
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account
• One account per person — multiple accounts for quota evasion may be terminated

4.1 Free Tier

The Free plan includes 50 API calls per month across all 325 tools. No credit card is required. Free accounts are subject to rate limiting.

4.2 Paid Plans

• Developer — $49/month: 1,000 API calls, AI augmentation, priority support
• Team — $199/month: 5,000 API calls, AI augmentation, priority support
• Enterprise — custom pricing: contact us for volume licensing and SLAs

4.3 Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe
• Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
• Unused API calls do not roll over to the next billing period

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months
• Refund requests for the current billing period may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of charge

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or authentication mechanisms
• Share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Resell or redistribute CrowVault API access without written permission
• Submit prompt injection attacks or attempts to manipulate AI augmentation
• Generate code intended for malware, exploits, or unauthorized access to third-party systems
• Exceed 5 concurrent API connections per account without prior arrangement

6.1 Your Code

You retain full ownership of any code you generate using CrowVault. The generated output is yours to use, modify, and distribute in any project — commercial or otherwise — without attribution.

6.2 Our Service

The CrowVault platform, including its tool templates, AI augmentation pipeline, documentation, and website content, is owned by TechSynergy Corp. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service itself.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve the platform.

• API access is provided on an "as available" basis
• We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it — scheduled maintenance will be announced via the dashboard
• We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the Service
• API response times vary by tool complexity and AI augmentation (typical: 5-20 seconds)
• Maximum 5 API keys per account

CrowVault uses AI models to augment tool output. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated code may contain errors, security vulnerabilities, or suboptimal patterns
• You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before production use
• We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or fitness of generated output for any particular purpose
• AI augmentation may be temporarily unavailable, in which case template-only output is returned

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
• TECHSYNERGY CORP. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF GENERATED CODE IN PRODUCTION SYSTEMS

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechSynergy Corp. from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service or generated code
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

• You may close your account at any time by contacting us
• We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations with or without notice
• Upon termination, your API keys are immediately revoked and your data is deleted within 30 days
• Sections 6, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
